About Us

My name is Maria Monica Aguiar. I am an experienced interpreter, translator, and educator. I am an American Citzen born in Brazil, my mother tongue is Portuguese, and I am fully fluent in English and Spanish. I am nationally certified as a teacher and as a translator in Brazil and I have certifications from ALTA and CCHI for both Portuguese and Spanish here in Missouri, USA. I moved to the US in 2010 and have been working as an interpreter and translator since 2014. I have an specialization course in Domestic Violence, and I have been working in this context since the beginning of my interpreting career.
I opened Wonder Translation LLC in 2023 to better serve the people with language barriers.
